To mark Earth Day 2025, 3POL organized a series of team-led initiatives aimed at promoting sustainability through everyday action.

The day began with a tree-planting activity, where employees planted native trees in and around the office to support local ecosystems and contribute to improved air quality. In a parallel effort, teams participated in a trash collection drive, highlighting the importance of responsible waste disposal in public and natural spaces.

An awareness session was held to encourage small but impactful daily habits—from conserving water and energy to reducing single-use plastics. Employees were also invited to make personal sustainability pledges, creating a shared commitment toward long-term environmental care.

To make the day interactive and engaging, a series of climate-focused games and activities were organized, making learning both fun and memorable. These Earth Day activities reinforced 3POL’s belief that environmental stewardship starts with awareness—and grows stronger with action.
